NCCS demonstrates CAMWorks at Austech 2010
Austech 2010 exceeded all expectations, with the increased visitor numbers signaling economic recovery in Australia. Competition is growing across industries, particularly in the CAD/CAM software industry, and NC Computer Systems (NCCS) has been observing this trend over the last 25 years. It has been also observed that most of the companies and their products have matured over the last few years. The latest version of our well established software CAMWorks was of great interest to our existing customers as well as to new prospects looking for programming CNC Mill, Lathe or EDM. The release of CAMWorks 2010 has again showed that each year there has been significant improvement in the product, and that it keeps in step with the latest changes in computer hardware and operating systems technology. Many of our existing customers with previous versions of CAD/CAM for their machines now have an easy upgrade path by moving to CAMWorks

CAMWorks at EASTEC 2010
EASTEC 2010 Exposition, the largest annual manufacturing event on the East Coast, was held at West Springfield, MA from 25 - 27 May, 2010. The visitors to the event were actively researching equipment purchases and this is a clear sign that manufacturing in the Northeast is rebounding.
Access Manufacturing Systems, our regional distributor, successfully showcased the features and benefits of CAMWorks 2010. Several attendees were happy with CAMWorks' features and functionality, and we had a number of serious business inquiries.

CAMWorks showcased at ACMEE 2010
Geometric participated at the ACMEE 2010 event held at the Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India from 17-21 June 2010 along with our reseller, CAM Technologies.
ACMEE 2010 is one of India's leading machine tools and auto components exhibition that showcases innovations in automobile and mechanical engineering industries.
The representatives from CAM Technologies demonstrated the features and benefits of CAMWorks 2010 and received and excellent response from the audience, who visited the booth.

India VARs meet in Mumbai
 The India Reseller Meet 2010 was held at Geometric's Mumbai office on Friday, 2 July, 2010. This event was attended by the regional resellers in India to discuss, and plan effective strategies to increase CAMWorks' marketshare.
As part of the agenda, Geometric presented an overview of the Indian market, and CAMWorks presence in the market. There were also discussions on the marketing plans, where resellers whole-heartedly participated with ideas to promote the product and increase revenues. Sambit Pradhan, Business Development Manager - Asia Pacific, conducted individual meetings with the resellers to strategize the way ahead for CAMWorks in India.
