Did you know that you can use 3Dconnexion devices (3D Mice) in CAMWorks Solids?
Install the 3Dconnexion software and then start the driver.
Start up CAMWorks Solids and select File/Open.

For the file type, select Add-Ins (*.dll) as show below:

| |
Browse to the installed location of your 3Dconnexion device driver and select ‘TDxSW.dll’.
Click 'Open' and you are done. |

To verify the add-in has been activated, go to the CAMWorks Solids Add-Ins and you will see TDxSW as shown below:

You now are connected to your 3Dconnexion device and have all the 3D controls that are specific to your device.
