You can create additional operations without adding the same feature twice. In the Operation tree right mouse click on an existing operation or on the Part Setup. Select the type of axis operation you wish to add in the dropdown menu.

Select the type of operation and highlight what feature you would like to add the operation to. Click on the "Insert" button and you now have another operation without creating another feature.
