We cater to our customers’ requirements of automation, design reuse, design collaboration and material optimization through our point productivity tools and technologies.

 
 
These products address the process productivity and knowledge management problems. Some of the process productivity solutions include Feature Recognition based manufacturing automation, thickness analysis tools, nesting tool for material optimization, multiCAD viewing and collaboration tools, as well as design for manufacturability (DFM) tool.

DFMPro is an easy-to-use design for manufacturability tool. It facilitates upstream manufacturability validation and identification of areas of a design that are difficult, expensive or impossible to manufacture. DFMPro includes advanced design rules for manufacturing processes like milling, drilling, turning and sheetmetal fabrication. The default set of rules in DFMPro is based on commonly followed best practices in organizations. An API (Application Programming Interface) is provided that allows you to define new proprietary rules, which can run seamlessly with the default set of rules. DFMPro programming interfaces can be used to customize DFMPro to suit your specific requirements.

DFMPro is available as an add-on to SolidWorks® 2007 and later, as well as on Pro/ENGINEER®.
